We’ll focus on meal patterns, nutrient balance, and strategies that fit your lifestyle, food preferences, cooking skills, and the exact stores and ingredients available to you. Together, we’ll create a practical, easy-to-follow plan that supports your goals, whether that’s gut health, fertility, strength and energy, cognitive health, or general wellness.
Which tier is right for you?
1-week plan: Ideal if you want a clear roadmap for the short term: a single week of meals tailored to your abilities, preferences, and accessible groceries. Many clients start here and later expand to a full month plan, or go week-by-week when desired.
1-month package: Recommended if you want a more comprehensive, better value, and longer-term plan that provides ongoing (email) guidance, flexible meals, and strategies to make your routine sustainable.

What you’ll receive:
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your intake (or follow-up) session.
If you prefer to do your intake over email, please select this option below and fill out the email intake form.
After completing the initial intake, future weekly meal planning only requires you to give update me over email over your goals and results, or to book another video-call session after purchasing a meal plan.
After your session, you’ll receive a personalized meal plan, accessible via Notion, including recipes, a shopping list, and more tips, all tailored to your situation. Any updates over future sessions will be added to your client page.
If it becomes clear during our session that deeper lifestyle, supplement, or nutritional support would be helpful for your goals, I can guide you toward a more comprehensive option, so you never feel stuck.
