Hi, I’m Maya! For half a decade, I have been researching and sharing information on wellness and beauty. I started this journey after struggling with conventional wellness advice, which led me to tackle and heal my own chronic struggles through alternative methods, including nutrient therapy and TCM. I understand those looking for answers to their wellness concerns that go beyond treatments that ignore the root cause.
